On Anchoring
I think you have to be, in some way, opening-up the dimensional space. Otherwise, you wouldn't be fostering a dynamic movement, of which anchoring represents. To be among the waters, and even if grounded to some form of origin, there is still a motion that is dynamic, as one is fluid among the interaction. To fail in that opening, wouldn't mean one is anchoring. That would be something else. I wouldn't even consider the matter sinking either, as there would be no water, no fluidity, even if there is the illusion of dynamic thinking. Rather, there is the illusion of fluidity, among a given, limited, plane, that likely, plays into power, often of violence, considering the necessity of such power requiring the relation (Think of the Guillotine). This is what I mean by anchoring, not of a limitation, but an opening up, a dynamic, that has set limits, and yet, cognizant of the very ability to de-anchor, such as de-anchoring through art.
